Every box ships with a reusable net-bag. At the end of your stay, sweep the toys in, zip it up and hand it back — no hunt for stray pieces.
Most boxes are sized to fit a Careem (or similar) courier box for fast door-to-door delivery. Large items — bikes, scooters, strollers — are delivered separately.
Fair wear and tear is on us. Damaged or missing items are charged from your deposit at 50% of the item's retail price — the current pricelist lives on this site and is updated regularly.

A small refundable deposit is included in your booking, returned within 7 days of departure after a simple toy count.
